Refund policy

Returns and Refunds 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. 

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. 

To start a return or ask any questions on refunds, you can contact us on WhatsApp at +233 544 746 366. Where the item is in a good condition, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or refund will not be accepted.

All refunds will be processed within Five (5) business working days.

Damages and issues

Kindly inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +233 544 746 366 if the item is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

The following types of items cannot be returned; Nipple Stickers and Invisible Bras.  Please get in touch with us on WhatsApp at +233 544 746 366, if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
